Abstract

La presente está relacionada con un método para fabricar productos alimenticios coextruidos, que comprende los pasos de procesamiento de: A) coextruir una barra de masa alargada y una envoltura que recubre la barra de masa alargada para formar un producto alimenticio no coagulado, B) poner la envoltura en contacto con una solucion salina, y C) dividir la barra de alimento alargada recubierta en productos individuales, a partir de donde los productos alimenticios coextruidos se someten a una corriente de aire. La presente está relacionada además con un dispositivo para fabricar productos alimenticios coextruidos.
