Abstract

Se describe un sistema de seguridad con chequeo cruzado para autenticar usuarios en redes de comunicación de datos, el cual comprende: medio (210) para recibir de un proveedor de servicios (20) datos de identificación de un usuario y de un punto de acceso (25) a un servicio; medio (205) para identificar la ubicación geográfica de un punto de acceso y de un número de teléfono móvil asociado con el usuario; medio (212) para transmitir el número de teléfono móvil (30); medio (213) para recibir del operador de telefonía móvil (30) datos que identifican la ubicación geográfica de un teléfono móvil que corresponde al número transmitido de teléfono móvil (40); medio de computación (206) para generar un resultado a partir de una comparación entre la ubicación geográfica del punto de acceso de servicio (25) y la ubicación geográfica del teléfono móvil (40) y medio (211) para transmitir el resultado o datos como una función del resultado al proveedor de servicios (20) o al número de teléfono móvil.
