Abstract
Uso en medicina humana o veterinaria (en dermatología, en cancerología, así como en el ámbito de las enfermedades autoinmunes y el de los transplantes de órganos o de tejidos particularmente), o bien también en composiciones cosméticas. También se describen composiciones farmacéuticas y cosméticas que los comprenden y la utilización de las composiciones cosméticas para la higiene corporal o capilar. Reivindicación 1: Análogos de la vitamina D caracterizados por el hecho de que responden a la fórmula general (1), en la cual: R1 representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un radical CH3 o un radical -(CH2)s-OR4; R2 representa un radical -(CH2)t-OR5, teniendo s, t, R4 y R5 los significados dados a continuación; X-Y representa un enlace seleccionado entre los enlaces de un resto de grupo de fórmula (2) a (10), teniendo R6 y W los significados dados a continuación; Z representa un ciclo seleccionado entre los ciclos de un resto de grupo de fórmula (11) a (15), teniendo R7 y R8 los significados dados a continuación, entendiéndose que cuando Z representa los ciclos de fórmulas (12), (13, o (14), entonces X-Y no pueden representar un enlace de fórmula (4), (5), entendiéndose que cuando Z representa un ciclo de fórmula (15), entonces X-Y representan de preferencia un enlace de fórmula (4), (5); R3 representa un cadena alquilo C4-8 sustituida por uno o varios grupo hidroxilo, pudiendo ser los grupos hidroxilo protegidos en forma de acetoxi, metoxi o etoxi, trimetilsililoxi, tertiobutildimetilsililoxi, tetrahidropiraniloxi y eventualmente además: sustituida por uno o varios grupos alquilo inferiores o cicloalquilos, y/o sustituida por uno o varios átomos de halógeno; y/o sustituida por uno o varios grupos CF3; y/o en la cual uno o varios átomos de carbono de la cadena son sustituidos por átomos de oxígeno, de azufre o de nitrógeno, pudiendo los átomos de nitrógeno eventualmente ser sustituidos por radicales alquilo inferiores; y/o en la cual uno o varios enlaces simples de la cadena son sustituidos por uno o varios enlaces dobles y/o triples; estando R3 posicionado en el ciclo en para o meta del enlace X-Y, siendo s y t idénticos o diferentes 1 ó 2; R4, y R5, idénticos o diferentes, representan un átomo de hidrógeno, un radical acetilo, un radical benzoilo, un radical trimetilsililo, un radical tertiobutildimetilsililo, o un radical tetrahidropiranilo; R6 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un radical alquilo inferior; W representa un átomo de oxígeno, de azufre, o un radical -NH- que puede eventualmente ser sustituido por un radical alquilo inferior; R7 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un radical alquilo inferior; R8 representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un radical alquilo inferior o un átomo de halógeno, y los isómeros ópticos y geométricos de los indicados compuestos de fórmula (1) así como sus sales.
