Abstract
Un artículo absorbente descartable que tiene una primera región y una segunda región, un par de bordes de extremos opuestos, un par de bordes laterales opuestos que se extienden entre dicho par de bordes de extremo y una línea central lateral dispuesta entre dicho par de bordes de extremo opuestos, dicho artículo absorbente descartable comprende una hoja superior permeable a los líquidos que tiene una superficie exterior y una superficie interior, una hoja posterior impermeable a los líquidos unida a dicha hoja superior, un núcleo absorbente posicionado entre dicha hoja superior y dicha hoja posterior y un elemento de manejo de materia fecal que está presente sólo en dicha segunda región, formado de una capa separada y posicionado de modo inmediatamente adyacente a dicha superficie interior de dicha hoja superior, donde dicha primera región está definida por uno de dichos bordes de extremo opuestos y dicha línea central lateral y dicha segunda región está definida por el otro del par de bordes de extremo opuestos y dicha línea central lateral, dicha hoja superior con dicha segunda región tiene una pluralidad de aberturas con un tamano efectivo mayor que 0,1 mm2 y un área abierta efectiva de por lo menos aproximadamente 12% y donde dicha superficie externa de dicha hoja superior dentro de dicha segunda región comprende una cantidad efectiva de una composición para el cuidado de la piel que es semi-sólida o sólida a 20sC y que es parcialmente transferible a la piel del usuario.
