Tren impulsor para cabezal (42) de máquina cosechadora (10), teniendo la máquina cosechadora un armazón principal (22) sobre el cual está montado un alimentador (38) que consta en su cara frontal con un dispositivo (de protección pendular) (56) móvil con respecto al armazón principal (22), estando el cabezal (42) soldado al dispositivo (56), donde el tren impulsor comprende un eje impulsor de cabezal (98) montado sobre el dispositivo (56), que es impulsado por la máquina cosechadora, accionando el eje impulsor secundario (78), montado sobre el cabezal (42), para suministrar potencia al cabezal (42).
