Abstract

El presente se refiere a un panal desechable compuesto básicamente por capa superior permeable, una capa inferior impermeable, una matriz absorbente colocada entre ambas capas superior e inferior y medios elásticos de pierna, el cual tiene una parte de cintura frontal, una parte de cintura trasera y una parte central o de entrepierna, dos orillas longitudinales y dos orillas transversales tal que el panal tiene una banda de sujeción unida por una de las partes de cintura trasera del artículo, que de preferencia es una prolongación de las capas superior e inferior por una de las orillas longitudinales del artículo, y dos ojales de sujeción por la parte de cintura frontal del mismo, de modo que para sujetar el panal en el usuario la banda de sujeción separa por los ojales frontales para después unirse a la parte de cintura trasera por la cual no está unida la banda de sujeción.
