Abstract
Derivados sustituidos del dioxido de oxazol-benzoisotiazol y composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de formula (1) en la cual los significados son X es O; C-R2; Y es O, C-R2, siempre en el caso de que uno de los grupos X e Y sea igual a O y el otro sea igual a C-R1; R1, R2 son independientemente entre sí H, arilo, COOH, alquilen C1-6-COOH, -COO-alquilo C1-6, alquilen C1-6-COO-alquilo C1-6, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquilen C1-6-arilo, heterociclo, alquilen C1-6-heterociclo, CF3, OCF3, CN, (CH2)1-6-OH, O-alquilo C1-6, CO-alquilo C1-6, -C(O)O-alquilo, COOH, CON(R9)(R10), en las que los radicales arilo y los radicales heterocíclicos pueden estar sustituidos una o más veces por F, Cl, Br, (CH2)0- 2OH, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, CF3, OCF3, N(R9)(R10), piperidinona, piperazina, piperazinona, N-alquilen C1-6-piperazina, N-alquilen C1-6-piperazinona, morfolina, tiomorfolina, NO2, CN, O-alquilo C1-6, S(O)0-2-alquilo C1-6, SO2- N(R9)(R10), CO-alquilo C1-6, -COOH, alquilen C1-6-COOH, COO-alquilo C1-6, alquilen C1-6-COO-alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-10, fenilo, en las que estos anillos piperidinona, piperazina, piperazinona, N-alquilen C1-6-piperazina, N-alquilen C1-6- piperazinona, morfolina, tiomorfolina y fenilo pueden estar sustituidos una o más veces por F, Cl, Br, (CH2)0-2OH, COOH, CN, NO2, -O-alquilo C1-6, -NH-O-alquilo C1-6, -(CO)-NH-O-alquilen C1-6-N(R9)(R10), -(CO)-alquilo C1-6, alquilo C1-6, CF3, OCF3, N(R9)(R10); R3 es H, alquilo C1-6, alquilen C1-6-arilo, -C(O)-arilo, alquilen C1-6-heterociclo, CO-alquilo C1-6, en las que los radicales arilo y los radicales heterocíclicos pueden estar sustituidos una o más veces por F, Cl, Br, alquilo C1-6, COOH, COO-alquilo C1-6, CF3 o OCF3; R4 , R5 son independientemente entre sí H, F, Cl, Br, alquilo C1-6, CF3, OCF3, NO2, N(R9)(R10), CN, O-alquilo C1-6, CO-alquilo C1-6, COOH, alquilen C1-6-COOH, CON(R9)(R10), alquilen C1-6-CON(R9)(R10), COO-alquilo C1-6, alquilen C1-6-COO-alquilo C1-6, S(O)0-2-alquilo C1-6, S(O)2-N(R9)(R10), CH2OH, CH2OCH3; R6, R7 son independientemente entre sí H, F, Cl, Br, alquilo C1-6, ciclopropilo, tetrafluorociclopropilo, difluorociclopropilo; o R6 y R7 juntos forman el grupo =CH2; R8 es H, CH3, CF3, CH2OH; R9 es H, alquilo C1-4; R10 es H, alquilo C1-4; o R9 y R10 forman junto con el átomo de N al cual están unidos un sistema anular de 3-9 miembros; y sus sales toleradas fisiologicamente.
