Abstract

Una válvula (4) unidireccional liberadora de presión aplicable a un envase (1) que contiene un producto que emite gases, comprendiendo el envase (1) paredes que definen una estructura contenedora de dicho producto, teniendo practicada una de las paredes (2) al menos un orificio (3) para la salida de los gases sobre el cual se aplica la válvula unidireccional (4), comprendiendo la válvula (4) una lamina inferior (5) delgada y flexible, provista con una abertura (7), y una lámina superior (6) delgada y flexible superpuesta a la lámina inferior (5), en donde la lámina inferior (5) se fija a la lámina superior (6) en una región delimitada por el borde de la válvula (4) y un contorno cerrado (7'), estando el contorno cerrado (7') definido en una región sustancialmente central de la válvula (4), rodeando a la abertura (7), estando una porción del contorno cerrado (7') ubicada sustancialmente cerca de una porción del contorno de la abertura (7), definiendo un primer sector (8) en el que se encuentra confinado un medio gaseoso, y la porción restante del contorno cerrado (7') ubicada sustancialmente lejos de la porción restante del contorno de la abertura (5), definiendo un segundo sector (9), en el que se encuentra confinado un medio fluido; y en donde la lamina superior (6) tiene practicada al menos una micro-perforación (10) en una región de su superficie ubicada por encima del segundo sector (9). También se divulga el envase (1) que contiene la válvula unidireccional (4).
