Abstract
La presente se refiere a las composiciones que los contienen, y a su utilización en composiciones farmacéuticas destinadas a uso en dermatología o incluso en composiciones cosméticas. Reivindicación 1: Compuestos caracterizadas porque responden a la fórmula (1), en la cual: R1 representa un radical -OH, un radical OR7, o un radical -NR8R9; R7, R8 y R9 tienen las significaciones que se dan más adelante; R2 representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un átomo de flúor, un átomo de cloro, un radical alquilo C1-3, un radical -OH, un radical -OR10; R10 tiene las significaciones que se dan más adelante; R3 representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un radical metilo, un radical etilo, un radical isopropilo, un radical terbutilo, un radical -CF3; R4 representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un átomo de flúor, un átomo de cloro, un radical -OR11, un radical metilo, un radical etilo, un radical isopropilo, un radical terbutilo, o un radical -CF3; R11 tiene las significaciones que se dan más adelante; R5, R6, idénticos o diferentes, representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un radical metilo, un radical etilo, un radical n-propilo, un radical isopropilo, un radical terbutilo, un radical -COR12 o juntos, pueden formar un grupo piperidina, pirrolidina, morfolina, pirrolidin-2-ona, o piperidin-2-ona, sustituido o no, por uno o varios grupos metilo, etilo, flúor, o cloro; R12 tiene las significaciones que se dan más adelante; Q representa un radical -OH, un radical -OR13, un radical -NR14R15, o un radical -SO2R16; R13, R14, R15 y R16 tienen las significaciones que se dan más adelante; la fórmula (2) representa un enlace que tiene la estructura de grupo de fórmulas (3), R7 tiene las significaciones que se dan más adelante; R7 representa un radical alquilo, lineal o ramificado C1-20, un radical alquenilo, un radical monohidroxialquilo, un radical polihidroxialquilo, un radical arilo, un radical aralquilo eventualmente sustituido, o un resto de azúcar; R8, R9 idénticos o diferentes, representan un átomo de hidrógeno, un radical -OH, un radical alquilo C1-6, un radical monohidroxialquilo, un radical polihidroxialquilo, un radical arilo eventualmente sustituido, y forman con el nitrógeno de la estructura general un resto de aminoácido o un resto de péptido, o bien, R8 y R9, tomados en forma conjunta, forman un grupo piperidina, pirrolidina, morfolina, pirrolidin-2-ona o piperidin-2-ona; R10 representa un radical alquilo C1-6; R11 representa un radical alquilo C1-6, o un radical mono- o poliéter; R12 representa un radical alquilo C1-6 o un grupo -OR18; R18 tiene las significaciones que se dan más adelante; R13 representa un radical alquilo C1-15, lineal o ramificado; R14, R15 idénticos o diferentes, representan un átomo de hidrógeno, un radical alquilo C1-6 o un radical -COR19; R19 tiene las significaciones que se dan más adelante; R16 representa un radical alquilo C1-6; R17 representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un radical alquilo C1-6, un radical -CF3; R18 representa un radical alquilo C1-6; R19 representa un radical alquilo C1-6; y sales de los compuestos de fórmula (1) cuando R1 representa una función OH, así como también los isómeros ópticos y geométricos de dichos compuestos de fórmula (1).
