Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento para catalizar reacciones de amidación. En este proceso, se realiza una amidación catalítica en presencia de dióxido de carbono añadido que muestran una mejora en la velocidad sorprendente con respecto a la correspondiente reacción sin catalizar, dando como resultado una reducción del 50% del tiempo de reacción t1/2 en ausencia del catalizador. Reivindicación 1: Un procedimiento para reparar un compuesto de fórmula (2) en la que R1 se selecciona entre el grupo compuesto por alquilo C1-12, cicloalquilo C3-12, heterociclilo C2-12 y arilo C6-12 y R1 está opcionalmente sustituido con 1 a 6 grupos R3; cada R3 se selecciona independientemente entre el grupo compuesto por alquilo C1-12, alcoxi C1-12, cicloalquilo C3-12, arilo C6-12, un grupo heterocíclico C2-12 que contiene de 1 a 3 átomos seleccionados entre N, S y O, ariloxi C6-12, alcarilo C6-12, alcariloxi C6-12, halógeno, trihalometilo, -S(O)R4, -SO2NR4R5, -SO3R4, -SR4, -NO2, -NR4R5, -OH, - CN, -C(O)R4, -OC(O)R4, -NR4C(O)R5, -(CH2)nCO2R4 y -CONR4R5; 4 y R5 se seleccionan independientemente entre el grupo compuesto por H, alquilo c1-12, cianoalquilo C1-12, cicloalquilo C5-12, arilo C6-12, un grupo heterocíclico C2-12 que contiene de 1 a 3 átomos seleccionados entre N, S y O, o en el grupo -NR4R5, R4 y R5 pueden combinarse para formar un grupo heterocíclico de cuatro, cinco o seis miembros que opcionalmente contiene de 1 a 3 átomos seleccionados entre N, O o S además del átomo de N al que están unidos R4 y R5; R6 se selecciona entre -NR8(CH2)mR9 y -NR10R11, con la condición de que opcionalmente de uno a dos de los grupos CH2 puedan estar sustituidos con -OH o halógeno; R8 es H o alquilo C1-12; R9 se selecciona entre el grupo compuesto por -NR10R11, -OH, -C(O)R12, arilo C6-12, alcarilo C6-12, ariloxi C6-12, alcariloxi C6-12, alcoxi C1-12, un grupo heterocíclico C2-12 que contiene de 1 a 3 átomos seleccionados entre N, S y O, -N+(O-)R10 y -NHC(O)R13; R10 y R11 se seleccionan independientemente entre el grupo compuesto por H, alquilo c1-12, cianoalquilo c1-12, cicloalquilo C3-12, arilo C6-12 y un grupo heterocíclico C2-12 que contiene 1 a 3 átomos seleccionados entre N, S o O; o R10 y R11 pueden combinarse para formar un grupo heterocíclico de cuatro, cinco o seis miembros que opcionalmente contiene de 1 a 3 átomos seleccionados entre N, O, o S además del átomo de N al que están unidos R10 y R11, con la condición de que el grupo heterocíclico formado por R10 y R11 pueda estar opcionalmente sustituido con R4; R12 se selecciona entre el grupo compuesto por -OH, alcoxi C1-12, alcarilo C6-12 y ariloxi C6-12; R13 se selecciona entre el grupo compuesto por alquilo C1-12, haloalquilo c1-12 y aralquilo C6-12; n es 0, 1 o 2; y m es 1, 2, 3 o 4; comprendiendo el procedimiento hacer reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula (1) con un compuesto de fórmula (3) en las que R1 y R6 son como se han definido anteriormente, y R2 se selecciona entre el grupo compuesto por las fórmulas (4) y R2 está opcionalmente sustituido con 1 a 6 grupos seleccionados independientemente entre el grupo compuesto por halógeno, alquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, arilo C6-12, ariloxi C6-12, alcarilo C6-12, -NHC(O)R14 y -C(O)OR14, donde R14 es H o un alquilo C1-6 en presencia de CO2 añadido, para formar el compuesto de fórmula (2).
