Abstract
Compuestos de la fórmula I en la cual R1 representa hidrógeno; R2 representa hidroxi, fluoro o un grupo oxo; R3 representa hidrógeno; R4 representa hidrógeno; así como las sales, solvatos y esteroisómeros farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos, a excepción del racemato del ácido (3-amino-2-hidroxipropil)sulfínico. Los compuestos son ventajosos en terapia, especialmente para el tratamiento de la enfermedad de reflujo. La invención se relaciona asimismo con procesos para su preparación, con los intermediarios de dichos procesos y con composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen dichos compuestos terapéuticamente activos y con el uso de dichos compuestos activos en terapia..
