Abstract

Producto absorbente con barreras protectoras contra fugas, que incluye un cuerpo de absorcion (9) de conformacion generalmente oblonga con dos lados longitudinales (4, 5), dos lados transversales 6,7, una línea central longitudinal (38), incluyendo una primera capa superficial (10) permeable a los líquidos y una segunda capa superficial (39) impermeable a los líquidos, una capa de refuerzo (8) impermeable a los líquidos, un cuerpo de absorcion (9) ubicado entre dicha capa superficial (10) y dicha capa de refuerzo (8), dos barreras protectoras contra fugas (15, 16) realizadas en material flexible en la direccion longitudinal a cada lado de la línea central longitudinal (38) y la primera capa superficial (10). Cada barrera (15, 16) tiene un primer borde (45, 46) fijado permanentemente a lo largo de la primera capa superficial (10) y un segundo borde (17, 18) el cual se extiende en la direccion de la línea central longitudinal (38) del producto absorbente. Cada barrera (15, 16) tiene también una primera cara (41, 42) y una segunda cara (43, 44). La primera cara (41, 42) y/o la segunda cara (43, 44) de cada barrera está fijada o proxima a la primera capa superficial (10) y/o la segunda capa superficial (39)
