Abstract
La presente invencion pertenece al campo de la genética y bioquímica de plantas. Más específicamente, la invencion se relaciona con nuevos genes asociados con la vía MEP. La presente invencion provee e incluye moléculas de ácidos nucleicos, proteínas y anticuerpos asociados con los genes nuevos de la vía del MEP y los métodos para utilizar dichos agentes, por ejemplo para el aislamiento de genes, el análisis de genes y la produccion de plantas transgénicas. Más aun, la presente invencion incluye plantas transgénicas modificadas para expresar las proteínas asociadas con la vía MEP.
