Abstract

Un conjunto de válvula dosificadora que consta de un casquillo y un alojamiento de válvula que definen una cavidad interna. El alojamiento de válvula aloja una pestana anular y un resorte de compresión con una junta de válvula que cierra la cavidad interna. El alojamiento de válvula está unido al casquillo de manera tal que una porción del vástago de válvula sobresale a través de aberturas previstas tanto en la junta de válvula como en el casquillo. Una porción del vástago tiene un pasaje de descarga que normalmente está cerrado mediante la junta de válvula. Una superficie inferior de la pestana anular o bien su superficie correspondiente en el alojamiento de válvula está provista de un elemento de sellado comprimible, mientras que la otra tiene un borde anular. Cuando se oprime lo suficiente el vástago de válvula, el elemento de sellado comprimible y el borde anular forman un sello entre ambos para dividir a la cavidad interior en una cámara dosificadora y una cámara de llenado, separada, que permiten que solamente el producto que está en la cámara dosificadora pueda expenderse al establecerse una línea de flujo del producto.
