Abstract

Un procedimiento de fabricación que evita tensiones entre un tubo de flujo de titanio y una barra de compensación de acero circundante debidas a una operación de soldadura con material de aporte de alta temperatura de fusión. Un caudalímetro de Coriolis (100) de tubo recto que tiene un tubo de flujo de titanio (103) está circundado por una barra de compensación que tiene mitades longitudinales (101, 102) separadas. Las mitades de la barra de compensación están conectadas entre sí por un perfil lateral alargado (104, 106) a cada lado de las mitades de la barra de compensación. Los perfiles laterales alargados están radialmente espaciados de las mitades de la barra de compensación pero conectados a las mitades de la barra de compensación por medio de elementos conectores (107) tubulares que se disponen hacia adentro de agujeros en los perfiles laterales. El tubo de flujo está unido por soldadura con material de aporte de alta temperatura de fusión por medio de anillos de conexión (105) a las mitades de la barra de compensación y a un extremo interno de los elementos conectores. El extremo radialmente externo de los elementos conectores están insertados dentro agujeros en los perfiles laterales y soldado. Soldaduras circulares y ranuras en los perfiles laterales reducen la contracción axial de los perfiles laterales a medida que enfrían la soldadura. Esto evita tensiones en el tubo de flujo.
