Abstract
"COLUNA TUBULAR DE CAMPO DE PETRóLEO, E, MéTODO DE FORMAçãO DA MESMA". A invenção se refere a uma a uma coluna tubular de campo de petróleo (10, 60, 60A) compreendendo uma pluralidade de juntas alongadas, tendo uma ou ambas extremidades rosqueadas. As juntas podem ser conectadas por um acoplamento incluindo um corpo de acoplamento configurado geralmente como luva tendo um perfil rosqueado a montante adelgaçado e um perfil rosqueado a jusante adelgaçado para engajamento rosqueado com um perfil conjugado de uma respectiva junta. O corpo de acoplamento inclui uma fenda de flexão de baixa tensão (30) tendo um selecionado ângulo de chanfro de saida de rosca, e todas transições na fenda de flexão entre superfícies tendo de aresta curvas com raio maior do que 0,025 cm (0,100 polegada) para maximizar tubos ascendentes de tensão. Uma conexão do tipo pino-em-caixa entre juntas tubulares inclui roscas adelgaçadas conjugadas (72), engajamento de ressalto terminal (74, 76, 78 e 80), e uma fenda de flexão de baixa tensão (82). A presente invenção permite que as juntas alongadas sejam usadas tanto como coluna de revestimento quanto uma coluna de perfuração, deste modo poupando significante tempo e despesas.
