Abstract
Un tensor para una correa de transmisión sinfín tendida sobre una polea y procedimiento para su armado. El tensor comprende una base, un dispositivo resiliente, y primero y segundo brazos acoplados en forma pivotante para realizar movimientos en dirección de apertura y en dirección de cierre. El tensor también comprende primera y segunda poleas locas (25, 27, 125, 127) montadas en forma giratoria en los primero y segundo brazos, contrastando el dispositivo resiliente (46, 1, 46) los brazos en dirección de cierre en la cual las primera y segunda poleas locas (25, 27, 125, 127) aplican tensión a la correa. El tensor también comprende primero y segundo topes (28, 30, 128, 130) posicionados fuera de los brazos sobre la base para limitar el movimiento de los brazos en la dirección de apertura, en respuesta a un incremento en la tensión de la correa. El procedimiento comprende también ensamblar un tensor para una correa de transmisión sinfín, siendo la correa impulsada sobre una polea, comprendiendo el procedimiento las etapas de: proveer una base; proveer un dispositivo resiliente; proveer primero y segundo brazos montados pivotantemente para realizar movimientos en dirección de apertura y en dirección de cierre; proveer primera y segunda poleas locas montadas giratoriamente en los primero y segundo brazos; contrastando el dispositivo resiliente los brazos en dirección de cierre en la cual las primera y segunda poleas locas aplicar tensión sobre la correa; y proveer primero y segundo topes posicionados fuera de los brazos sobre la base para limitar el movimiento de los brazos en la dirección de apertura a un incremento en la tensión en la correa.
