Abstract

La presente describe derivados de poliisobutenilo del ácido succínico, que se pueden obtener por; i) conversión de un poliisobuteno con un contenido de grupos terminales reactivos de por lo menos 80%, cuya distribución de peso molecular está caracterizada por un máximo Mp de la curva de distribución en el rango de 500 a 20000 Dalton y una relación entre peso molecular promedio en peso y peso molecular promedio en número Mw/Mn inferior a 1,4, con ácido maleico o anhídrido del ácido maleico; ii) conversión del derivado de poliisobuteno-ácido succínico obtenido en i) con por lo menos un compuesto I que presenta por lo menos un grupo amino primario o secundario y/o un grupo OH, bajo formación de una ligadura amida o éster, así como también un procedimiento para su preparación y su uso como aditivo en composiciones de lubricantes.
