Abstract

Compuesto derivado de difenilamina que responde a la fórmula (1), donde cada uno de R1-R5 se selecciona independientemente del grupo formado por hidrógeno, alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, arilo, heteroarilo, cicloalquilo, heterociclilo, y Ra, ó R1 y R2, R2 y R3, R3 y R4, ó R4 y R5 se unen para formar un grupo seleccionado del grupo formado por -C(Rd)=C(Rd)C(=O)NRd-, -CRdRd-CRdRd-C(=O)NRd-, -NRdC(=O)C(Rd)=C(Rd)-, -NRdC(=O)CRdRd-CRdRd-, -NRdC(=O)S-, -SC(=O)NRd-, -(CRdRd)p-, -S(CRdRd)q-, -(CRdRd)qS-, -S(CRdRd)rO-, O(CRdRd)rS-, y -NHC(Rf)=C(Rk)-; R6 es hidrógeno, alquilo, o alcoxi; R7 es hidrógeno o alquilo; R8 es hidrógeno o alquilo; o R8 junto con R9 es -CH2- ó -CH2CH2-; R9 se selecciona independientemente del grupo formado por alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, arilo, heteroarilo, cicloalquilo, heterociclilo, y Ra, ó R9 junto con R8 es -CH2- ó -CH2CH2-; R10 es hidrógeno o alquilo; cada R11, R12 y R13 se selecciona independientemente del grupo formado por hidrógeno, alquilo, cicloalquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, arilo, heteroarilo, heterociclilo, -NO2, halo, -NRdRe, -C(=O)Rd, -CO2Rd, -OC(=O)Rd, -CN, -C(=O)NRdRe, -NRdC(=O)Re, -OC(=O)NRdRe, -NRdC(=O)ORe, -NRdC(=O)NRdRe, -ORd, -S(O)mRd, -NRd-NRd-C(=O)Rd, -NRd-N=CRdRd, -N(NRdRe)Rd, y -S(O)2NRdRe, ó R11 y R12 junto con los átomos a los cuales están unidos forman un anillo benzo fusionado, y dicho anillo benzo puede ser opcionalmente sustituido con 1, 2, 3 ó 4 Rc, ó R11 y R12 junto con los átomos a los cuales están unidos forman un anillo heterocíclico; donde para R1-R6, R9, y R11-R13, cada alquilo , alquenilo, y alquinilo es opcionalmente sustituido con Rm, ó con 1, 2, 3 ó 4 sustituyentes independientemente seleccionados entre Rb, para R1-R6, R9 y R11-R13, cada arilo y heteroarilo es opcionalmente sustituido con 1, 2, 3 ó 4 sustituyentes independientemente seleccionados entre Rc, y para R1-R6, R9, y R11-R13 cada cicloalquilo y heterociclilo es opcionalmente sustituido con 1, 2, 3 ó 4 sustituyentes independientemente seleccionados entre Rb y Rc; cada Ra es independientemente -ORd, -NO2, halo, -S(O)mRd, -S(O)2ORd, -S(O)mNRdRe, -NRdRe, -O(CRfRg)nNRdRe, -C(=O)Rd, -CO2Rd, -CO2-(CRfRg)nCONRdRe, -OC(=O)Rd, -CN, -C(=O)NRdRe, -NRdC(=O)Re, -OC(=O)NRdRe, -NRdC(=O)ORe, -NRdC(=O)NRdRe, -CRd(=N-ORe), -CF3, ó -OCF3; cada Rb es independientemente Ra, oxo, ó =N-ORe, cada Rc es independientemente Ra, alquilo, alquenilo, ó alquinilo; donde cada alquilo, alquenilo y alquinilo es opcionalmente sustituido con 1, 2, 3 ó 4 sustituyentes independientemente seleccionados entre Rb; cada Rd y Re es independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, arilo, heteroarilo, cicloalquilo, o heterociclilo; donde cada alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, arilo, heteroarilo, cicloalquilo y heterociclilo es opcionalmente sustituido con 1, 2, 3 ó 4 sustituyentes independientemente seleccionados entre Rh; ó Rd y Re junto con los átomos a los cuales están unidos forman un anillo heterocíclico con entre 5 y 7 átomos en el anillo, donde el anillo heterocíclico opcionalmente contiene 1 ó 2 heteroátomos adicionales independientemente seleccionados entre oxígeno, azufre o nitrógeno; cada Rf y Rg es independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo, arilo, heteroarilo, cicloalquilo, o heterociclilo; donde cada alquilo, arilo, heteroarilo, cicloalquilo y heterociclilo es opcionalmente sustituido con 1, 2, 3 ó 4 sustituyentes independientemente seleccionados entre Rh; o Rf y Rg junto con el átomo de carbono al cual están unidos forman un anillo con entre 5 y 7 átomos en el anillo, donde el anillo opcionalmente contiene 1 ó 2 heteroátomos independientemente seleccionados entre oxígeno, azufre o nitrógeno; cada Rh es independientemente halo, alquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-8, -S-alquilo C1-8, arilo, (aril)-alquilo C1-6, (aril)-alcoxi C1-8, heteroarilo, (heteroaril)-alquilo C1-6, (heteroaril)-alcoxi C1-8, hidroxilo, amino, -NH-alquilo C1-6, -N(alquil C1-6)2, -OC(=O)alquilo C1-6, -C(=O)alquilo C1-6, -C(=O)Oalquilo C1-6, -NHC(=O)alquilo C1-6, C(=O)NHalquilo C1-6, carboxi, nitro, -CN, ó -CF3; Rj y Rk junto con los átomos de carbono a los cuales están unidos forman un anillo fenilo que es opcionalmente sustituido con 1, 2, 3 ó 4 Rc; cada Rm es independientemente arilo, heteroarilo, cicloalquilo o heterociclilo; donde cada arilo o heteroarilo es opcionalmente sustituido con 1, 2, 3 ó 4 sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo formado por Rc, y donde cada cicloalquilo y heterociclilo es opcionalmente sustituido con 1, 2, 3 ó 4 sustituyentes seleccionados entre Rb; m es 0, 1, ó 2; n es 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, ó 10; p es 3, 4, ó 5; q es 2, 3, ó 4; r es 1, 2, ó 3; y w es 0, 1, 2, 3, ó 4; o una sal aceptable para uso farmacéutico del mismo.
