Abstract
La presente describe solvatos de clorhidrato de metil 1,1 N-trimetil-N-(3,3-difenil-propil)-2-aminoetil 1,4 dihidro-2,6-dimetil-4(3-nitrofenil)piridin-3,5 dicarboxilato (lercanidipina) con solventes orgánicos, nuevas formas cristalinas (III) y (IV) de clorhidrato de lercanidipina que se obtienen a partir de dichos solvatos mediante la eliminación de los solventes de solvatación y describe, también, composiciones farmacéuticas antihipertensivas que contienen por lo menos una de dichas formas cristalinas (III) y (IV) de clorhidrato de lercanidipina, como agente activo.
