Abstract
Un compuesto de acuerdo con la fórmula estructural (1) o un hidrato, un solvato o una sal farmacéuticamente disponible, del mismo en la cual: n es un entero de 0 a 2; X es S, O ó NR4R5; R4 y R5 son independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo, arilo, arilalquilo, cicloalquilo o cicloalquil-alquilo, u opcionalmente junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al cual están unidos forman un anillo heterociclilo; A es arilo o heteroarilo; Y es CO2R6, C(O)SR7 ó C(O)NR8R9; R1 y R3 son independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo, alcoxialquilo, arilo, arilalquilo, arilalcoxialquilo, cicloalquilo, cicloalquil-alquilo, haloalquilo, heteroarilo, heteroarilalquilo, heteroalquilo, heterociclilo o heterociclilalquilo; y R2 es hidrógeno, alquilo, hidroxiu oxo; R6 es hidrógeno, alquilo, arilo, arilalquilo, cicloalquilo o cicloalquil-alquilo; R7 es hidrógeno alquilo, arilo, arilalquilo, cicloalquilo o cicloalquil-alquilo; R8 y R9 son independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo, arilo, arilalquilo, cicloalquilo o cicloalquil-alquilo, o junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al cual están unidos forman un anillo heterociclilo; con la condición de que R1 no es hidrógeno o alquilo cuando R3 es hidrógeno.
