Abstract
Compuestos de fórmula (1) en la cual: R1, R2 y R3 idénticos o diferentes, representan, cada uno independientemente un grupo alquilo C1-6, un grupo piridinilo, o un grupo -CH2-NR4R5 en el cual R4 y R5 representan cada uno independientemente un átomo de H, un grupo alquilo C1-4 o bien R4 y R5 forman con el átomo de N al cual están unidos, un grupo pirrolidinilo, tiperidinilo, exahidroacetinilo, morfolinilo o piperasinilo; siempre y cuando por lo menos uno de los sustituyentes R1, R2 ó R3 sea diferente del grupo alquilo C1-6. El procedimiento de obtención comprende hacer reaccionar un derivado de 5-tio-2D-xilopiranosida de fórmula (2) con un ácido RCO2H, o un halogenuro de ácido de fórmula RCO-Hal, en la cual Hal representa un átomo de halógeno, preferentemente Cl, y R representa un R1, R2 ó R3 como arriba definido, y en la eventual transformación del compuesto obtenido en una de sus sales, y utilización del compuesto para la preparación de un medicamento. Conteniendo las composiciones farmacéuticas un compuesto de fórmula (1) con un vehículo o excipiente adecuado. Para los sustituyentes de la fórmula (2), ya sea R'1, R'2 ó R'3 son idénticos y representan un grupo hidroxi; ya sea dos de los sustitutos R'1, R'2 ó R'3 son idénticos y representan un grupo hidroxi, y el otro de R'1, R'2 ó R'3 representa respectivamente -OC(O)R1, -OC(O)R2 ó -OC(O)R3, en donde R1, R2 y R3 son como se definieron para la fórmula (1); o ya sea uno de R'1, R'2 ó R'3 representa un grupo hidroxi, y los otros dos representan respectivamente -OC(O)R1, -OC(O)R2 ó -OC(O)R3, en donde R1, R2 y R3 son como se definieron para la fórmula (1). Los compuestos de fórmula (1) son útiles en la preparación de medicamentos antitrombóticos.
