Abstract
Se describe una composición que contiene yeso fraguado. En un aspecto, la composición que contiene yeso fraguado incluye una matriz entrelazada del yeso fraguado formado a partir de al menos yeso calcinado, agua, y un material de mejoramiento. El material de mejoramiento puede seleccionarse de (i) un compuesto polifosfónico orgánico, o una mezcla del mismo; (ii) un borato seleccionado de ulexita, colemanita, o una mezcla de las mismas; o una mezcla de (i) y (ii). En otro aspecto, la composición que contiene yeso fraguado se trata con un material de mejoramiento que puede seleccionarse de (i) un compuesto fosfónico orgánico, o una mezcla del mismo; (ii) un borato seleccionado de ulexita, colemanita, o una mezcla de las mismas; (iii) un compuesto carboxílico o una mezcla del mismo; o una mezcla de (i), (ii) y/o (iii). El tablero de yeso tiene una resistencia al pandeo (según ASTM C473-95) menor de 0,254 cm por 0,61 m. de longitud del tablero. El acelerador contiene borato y un material acelerador que puede ser sulfato de calcio.
