Un procedimiento de fabricación de una pieza mecánica de acero, en donde la composición de acero es, en porcentaje ponderales:-0,12 menor o igual C menor o igual 0,30%, -0,8 menor o igual Si menor o igual 1,5% -1,0 menor o igual Mn menor o igual 1,6% -0 menor igual Mo menor igual 0,30% -0 menor igual Ni menor igual 0,6%, 0 menor o igual Al menor igual 0,06% 0 menor o igual Cu menor igual 0,30% -0 menor igual S menor igual 0,10% -0menor igual P menor igual 0,03% -0 menor igual Nb menor igual 0,050% el resto es hierro e impurezas que resultan de la elaboración, y en donde dicha pieza sufre una cementación a baja presión o un carbonitruración a baja presión. Una pieza mecánica así obtenida.
