Abstract

La invencion se refiere a una composicion de acero que comprende, expresadas en porcentajes en peso: 0.25-0.35% de C, 24-28% de Cr, 10-15% de ni, 3-6% de Mn, 1.75-2.50% de Nb, 0.50-0.70% de N, 0-0.30% de Si, entendiendose que C+N=0.8%, estando principalmente constituido el complemento de hierro y de impurezas inevitables, asi como un procedimiento de preparacion de estas composiciones y las valvulas fabricadas en estas composiciones con la ayuda de este procedimiento y que presentan una resistencia mecanica y una resistencia a la oxidacion excelentes en el intervalo de 800 a 900°C.
