Abstract
Antagonistas de la hormona que concentra la melamina (MCH), que comprenden un compuesto de la fórmula (1) o una de sus sales y/o hidrato aceptables para uso farmacéutico, o en los casos en que se aplique, uno de sus isómeros geométricos u ópticos o una de sus mezclas racémicas; en las cuales Ar1 es un grupo arilo o heteroarilo; Ar2 es un grupo arilo, heteroarilo o aralquilo o Ar1 y Ar2 juntos forman un grupo fluoreno, fluoreno sustituido o fluorenona con la condición de que Ar3 debe ser arileno; Ar3 es un grupo arileno o heteroarileno; dichos grupos Ar1, Ar2 y Ar3 poseen de 0 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados en forma independiente del grupo que consiste de -alquilo C1-6, -cicloalquilo C3-7, halo, -CN, -alcoxi C1-6, -CF3, -OCF3, -CONH2, CONH alquilo C1-6, -CON alquilo C1-6 alquilo C1-6, -NH2, NH C(O) alquilo C1-6, -NHSO2 alquilo C1-6, -S alquilo C1-6, -SO alquilo C1-6, -SO2 alquilo C1-6, metilendioxi y NO2; X es O, S o N-CN; Y es un enlace simple o un grupo -alquileno C1-4; R1 es un tiazol, arilo o heteroarilo; o fórmulas (2), o fórmulas (3); R1 es -N(R5)2, -NHC(O) alquileno C2-3 N(R5)2; -C(O)NH alquileno C2-3 N(R5)2, C(O)N(Me) alquileno C2-3 N(R5)2; C(OH) alquileno C2-3 N(R5)2; -N(Me) alquileno C2-3 N(R5)2; -NH alquileno C2-3 C(O)R5; -N(Me)(alquileno C2-3N(Me)SO2(R5); o -N(Me)alquileno C2-3 C(O)N(R5)2; R2 es H o -alquilo C1-6; R3 es, en forma independiente H, o -alquilo C1-6, -cicloalquilo C3-7, -cicloalquilo C3-7 alquilo C1-6, -alcoxi C1-6, -alcoxi C1-6 alquileno C1-6, arilo, -aralquilo o heteroarilo, no sustituidos o sustituidos por halo; o R4 es H, -alquilo C1-6, -NH alquilo C1-6, -NH arilo, arilo no sustituido o sustituidos por halo, o alcoxi o alquilo sustituido por hidroxi, y R5 es, en forma independientemente, H o -alquilo C1-6, -cicloalquilo C3-7, -cicloalquilo C3-7 alquilo C1-6, arilo, -aralquilo, -heteroaralquilo, -alcoxi C1-6, o -alquileno C1-6 alcoxi C1-6 no sustituidos o sustituidos por halo; que son útiles para el tratamiento de trastornos metabólicos y de la alimentación, como hiperfagia, y para el tratamiento de la diabetes; composición farmacéutica que los comprende, un proceso para la preparación de dicha composición y el uso de dichos antagonistas para la fabricación de un medicamento en el tratamiento de la obesidad.
