Abstract
Un fragmento aislado de ácidos nucleicos que codifica un coactivador de la transcripción PC4. La invención también se relaciona con la construcción de un gen quimérico que codifica toda o una porción sustancial del coactivador de la transcripción PC4, en el sentido del marco de lectura o antisentido, donde la expresión del gen quimérico da como resultado la producción de niveles alterados del coactivador de la transcripción PC4 en la célula huésped transformada.
