Abstract
Se describe un fragmento aislado de ácido nucleico que codifica una subunidad de magnesio quelatasa. También se describe la construccion de un genquimérico que codifica toda o una porcion de la subunidad de magnesio quelatasa, con orientacion en el sentido del marco de lectura o antisentido, donde laexpresion del gen quimérico da como resultado la produccion de niveles alterados de la subunidad de magnesio quelatasa en una misma célula huésped transformada.
