Abstract
Un complejo de interferon tipo I (IFN) y una subunidad del receptor del interferon humano alfa-beta (IFNAR) que es capaz de unirse al IFN tipo I delcomplejo para la manufactura de un medicamento util para prolongar el efecto in vivo de interferontip o I (IFN). Dicho complejo mejora la estabilidad y lapotencia del IFN. El complejo puede ser un complejo no covalente o uno en el cual el IFN y el IFNAR están enlazados por un enlace covalente o un péptido.Cuando esta enlazado por un enlacepeptídico en forma de una proteína de fusion, el IFN puede separarse del IFNAR por medio de un conector de péptido. Dichaproteína de fusion puede producirse por tecnología de ADN recombinante.
