Abstract
Los compuestos que son derivados de alfa-acriloilo distamicina de formula 1 donde R1 es un átomo de bromo o cloro; R2 es una distamicina o una estructura tipo distamicina segun lo establecido en la especificacion; o una sal de la misma farmacéuticamente aceptable; son agentes citotoxicos particularmente efectivos en el tratamiento de tumores que sobre-expresan un sistema GSH/GSTs y que responden deficientemente o son incluso resistentes a terapias antitumorales convencionales.Compounds that are derivatives of alpha-acryloyl distamycin of formula 1 wherein R 1 is a bromine or chlorine atom; R2 is a distamycin or a distamycin type structure as set forth in the specification; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; they are particularly effective cytotoxic agents in the treatment of tumors that overexpress a GSH / GST system and that respond poorly or are even resistant to conventional antitumor therapies.
