Abstract
Nuevas piperidinas 4ûsustituidas, así como sus sales farmacéuticas con ácidos inorgánicos y orgánicos, obtenidas como mezclas racémicas y como enantiomeros puros, mezclados con excipientes para la administracion oral, parental y topica. Se describen nuevas piperidinas 4ûsustituidas de formula general (1), donde R1 y R2 son radicales arilo, sustituidos o sin sustituir, y que son obtenidas como mezclas racémicas y como enantiomeros puros. Estos compuestos, y sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, inhiben la recaptacion de serotonina y/o noradrenalina, siendo de utilidad como antidepresivos. Otras posibles aplicaciones terapéuticas de estos compuestos son el tratamiento de la bulimia nerviosa, los desordenes obsesivoûcompulsivos, la adiccion al alcohol, la ansiedad, el pánico, el dolor, el síndrome premenstrual y la fobia social, así como la profilaxis de la migrana.
