Abstract
Se describe un método de control De autociclo para controlar un sistema de agua de enfriamiento, que comprende las etapas de: (a) agregar un producto de tratamiento al sistema de agua de enfriamiento, el producto de tratamiento comprende un marcador inerte y un polímero de tratamiento marcado o etiquetado en una proporcion ajustada; b) proporcionar un numero suficiente de fluorometros; c) utilizar el numero suficiente de fluorometros para medir la senal fluorescente del marcador inerte y la senal fluorescente del polímero de tratamiento marcado o etiquetado en el agua del sistema de agua de enfriamiento; (d) utilizar estas senales fluorescentes medidas de la etapa (c) para determinar la cantidad del polímero de tratamiento marcado o etiquetado presente en el sistema de agua de enfriamiento; (e) comparar la cantidad del polímero de tratamiento marcado o etiquetado presente con la cantidad del polímero de tratamiento marcado o etiquetado que es alimentado al sistema para determinar el consumo del polímero de tratamiento marcado o etiquetado y (f) utilizar el consumo del polímero de tratamiento marcado o etiquetado para controlar los ciclos de concentracion del sistema de agua de enfriamiento, con la condicion de que el control sea implementado al enlazar cualquiera o todos los parámetros siguientes: (i) la velocidad de flujo del agua de compensacion al sistema de agua de enfriamiento; (ii) la velocidad de flujo del producto de tratamiento que consiste del marcador inerte y el polímero de tratamiento marcado o etiquetado; (iii) frecuencia y cantidad de velocidad de flujo de purga del sistema de agua de enfriamiento; (iv) velocidad de flujo de agua global a través de la torre de enfriamiento; (v) volumen global del agua en la torre de enfriamiento y (vi) composicion del agua de compensacion; al consumo del polímero de tratamiento marcado, con la condicion de que: alfa) la velocidad del flujo mínima del producto de tratamiento marcado que consiste del polímero de tratamiento marcado debe ser suficiente para suministrar al sistema de agua de enfriamiento con la cantidad requerida de producto de tratamiento marcado y (beta) cuando el control es implementado por las velocidades de flujo enlazadas, las velocidades de flujo sean equilibradas.
