Abstract

Reguleringsmetode for å drive vandig Haematococcus spp., som H. pluvialis, mikroorganisme-vekstprosesser som kan opprett- holde levedyktige vekstbetingelser for denne mikroorganisme som til nå ikke lett har kunnet reproduseres i kommersielt ønskelige mengder. De primære reguleringsparametre er grad av turbulens i det vandige vekstmedium og målestokken av apparatur i forhold til målestokk av turbulente virvler i kar delvis fylt med vandige medium som direkte påvirker forhold som kreves for optimal vekst: lyseksponering, næringsstoff- tilførsel, sedimenteringshastighet, massetemperatur, gass- utviklingsrate og celleintegritet. Disse regulerings- elementer kan beregnes uttrykt i Reynolds-tall (NRe) , pH, temperatur, mengde treffende lys og NO2 konsentrasjon, avhengig av de operative klorofyll veksttrinn av Haematococcus spp. og dens fotoadaptive trinn av astaxanthin- produksjon.
