Abstract
Se revela un aparato y un método para la union de dos o más componentes de vehículo en conjunto, para formar una union en un cuerpo de vehículo y demontaje de chasis de vehículo. El montaje del chasis puede incluir un par de rieles que se extienden d e forma longitudinal, que tienen una pluralidad demiembros cruzados transversales que se extienden entre ellos. Por lo menos uno de estos rieles laterales incluye una porcion que es deformada hacia dentro paradefinir la proyeccion de montaje de que e stá formada de un tamano como para recibir un extremo de unod e los miembros cruzados en ella. La proyeccion demontaje está formado con preferencia, que tenga una primera porcion de diámetro relativamente grande, que es un poco más grande que el diá metro externo delextremo del miembro cruzado y una segunda porcion de diámetro que el diámetro externo del extremo del miembro cruzado. Un montaje de inductor de soldeo porimpulso magnético es insertado dentro del miembro cruzado para generar un ca mpo electromagnético intenso. La presencia de este campo electromagnético causaque el extremo del miembro cruzado se expanda hacia fuera en engrane con las porciones primera y segunda de las proyecciones montadas del riel lateral a unaalta velocidad. El impacto de alta velocidad del extremo del miembro cruzado con la proyeccion de montaje del reil lateral causa que algunas porciones delextremo del miembro cruzado y de la proyeccion de montaje del riel lateral se suelden o se liguen molecularment e en conjunto, y cause que otras porciones delextremo del miembro cruzado y de la proyeccion de montaje riel lateral engranen o se cierren o inmovilicen (interlock) mecánicamente unas con otras para formaruna junta para el cuerpo del vehículo y el mo ntaje del armazon.
