Abstract

Envases que tienen cierres de enclavamiento abribles y resellables mejorados y métodos y aparato para hacerlos a partir de una hoja continua de película,teniendo el cierre porciones macho y hembra y formándose en línea con o transversalmente a la dir eccion del flujo de película durante la formacion de envase avelocidad lineal. Un dispositivo convertidor anadido al aparato de envasar estándar convierte una cantidad pequena de la película de envasar movil en una tirade capas multiples como una par te integral de la película. El convertidor funciona con envasadoras de formacion/llenado/sellado tanto horizontales comoverticales, y con envasadoras de sobre envoltura, y usa diversas películas de envasado y laminaciones de película cuyos sustratos pueden no ser plásticos. Lapelícula de envasar se alimenta al convertidor donde la película se pliega en acordeon para formar una pila, cuyas capas se termosellan formando una tira decapas multiples en plano con la película. El numero de pliegues de pila varía dependiendo de las propiedades de termoformacion y el espesor de la películaparticular que se usa. La tira se abrade en una superficie para quitar selectivamente el recubrimiento termoplástico, pasando después la película al formadorde en vase donde tiene lugar la envoltura del producto en envases que tienen cierres herméticos longitudinales unicos o dobles de envase y que ponen porcionesde la tira en posicion apilada yuxtapuesta. Los extremos de envase se sellan y el cierre de bloque o resellable de envase se forma en la tira. La porcion hembradel cierre de bloqueo se forma en la cara de envase que incluye el cirre hermético longitudinal solapado de envase que incluye multiplos de la tira y capasadicionales opcionales. En otra r ealizacion, la tira no se abrade y las partes inferior y exterior del cierre resellable se forman por separado antes de quetenga lugar la formacion de envase.
