Abstract

Se proveen un sistema y un método para la limpieza en seco de artículos, que utilizan un solvente de siloxano. El sistema incluye una canasta de limpiezapara recibir los artículos en la misma y uno o más tanques para contener un solvente desiloxano. Entre el tanque y la canasta de limpieza se acopla una bombapara sumergir los artículos en la canasta de limpieza con el solvente de siloxano. También se incluye una destiladora para destilar el solvente de siloxanosucio y para recuperarel solvente de siloxano puro. Un condensador se acopla a la canasta de limpieza y/o la destiladora para recuperar los vaporescondensados. Para decantar agua en el solvente de siloxano recibido del condensador, se acopla un separador al condensador.Un ventilado r es acoplado a lacanasta de limpieza para circular aire por el condensador, luego por los serpentines de calefaccion y dentro de la canasta de limpieza para secar y enfriar losartículos.
