Abstract

Se relaciona con un aparato para el enfriamiento por evaporacion, o enfriamiento instantáneo, de un producto en forma líquida. El aparato incluye unrecipiente de vacío (1) que está dividido en un primer (6) y un segundo espacio (7). Los dos espacios(6,7) se disponen de manera concéntrica en un recipiente(1). En el primer espacio (6) una entrada (9) se dispone para el producto cargado con vapor, así como también una salida (10) para el producto. En el segundoespacio (7), se proporciona unrebosa dero (14) para el vapor, así como también una salida (10)para el vapor condensado y los gases no condensados. El aparato también incluye un ciclo de circulacion para líquido refrigerante, quecomprende una salida (18) para el líquidorefrigerante, una bomba centrífuga (20), un enfriador (22) y conductos (19, 21, 24) así como también medios paradistribuir el líquido refrigerante (25, 29) en el segundo espacio (7) en el recipiente de vacío (1)
