Abstract

Este dispositivo está destinado a ser afianzado el envase cerca de una region de apertura provista de una zona marcada para corte, que está destinadaa permitir que dicho envase sea abierto cuando se usa por primera vez. Este dispositivo comprende: un elemento periférico (5), afianzado al envase cerca dela region de apertura; una tapa (6), destinada a sellar reversiblemente dicha region de apertura; una palanca (8), engoznada (9) en un plano que contiene aldispositivo y destinada, cuando es accionada, a romper una region de vacio en la zona marcada, estando dicha palanca constituída por dos partes: una primeraparte (10), destinada a romper la zona marcada (3) que define la region de vaciado (2), para permitir una apertura eficaz del envase; y una segunda parte(11) destinada, después de haber actuado en cooperacion con la 'rimera parte, a perforar un agujero marcado para corte, destinado a servir como un respiradero,y también provisto cerca de la zona de apertura.
