Abstract

Pausterizador para productos alimenticios que comprende una cuba provista de medios agitadores vinculados con medios deaccionamiento, caracterizado por el hecho de que dicha cuba presenta sobre el fondo una cavidad enf orma de pozo donde estánalojados dichos medios agitadores, estando provisto dicho pozo sobre su fondo con un orificio, sobre el cual se asoman, hacia elinterior del pozo, la cavidad interior de un manguito cilíndrico q ue seprolonga en el interior del pozo y fijado al mismo, y haciael exterior los medios de accionamiento, estando provistos dichos medios agitadores con un eje de transmision del movimiento que,insertado en la cavidad del manguito y a través del orificio sobre el fondo del pozo se acopla con medios de accionamiento, estandoprovista dicha cavidad interior del manguito con medios de cierre hermético para el fluido.
