Un compuesto sulfonamida, que comprende la formula (I) o una de sus sales, en la que: P es fenilo, naftilo, antracenilo, un anillo heterocíclico,bicíclico, un anillo heteroaromático tricíclico o es un anillo heterocíclico de 5 o 7m iembros, conteniendo en cada caso de 1 a 4heteroátomos seleccionados entre oxígeno, nitrogeno o azufre; A es un enlace sencillo, un grupo alquileno C1-6 o un grupo alquenileno C1-6; B es SO2; R1 eshalogeno alquilo C1-6 opcionalmente sustituidocon uno o más átomos de fluor, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, alcanoilo C1-6, alcoxiC1-6, OCF3, hidroxi, hidroxi-alquilo C1-6, hidroxi-alcoxi C1-6, alcoxi C1-6- alcoxi C1-6, nitro, ciano, NR19R11, en que R10 y R11 sonindependie ntementehidrogeno, alquilo C1-6 o fenilo opcionalmente sustituido, SR11 en que R11 es como se ha definido anteriormente, o R1 es fenilo opcionalmente sustituido,naftilo, un anillo heterocíclico bicíclico o es un anillo heterocíclico de5 a 7 miemb ros, conteniendo en cada caso de 1 a 4 heteroátomos seleccionados entreoxígeno, nitrogeno o azufre, o R1 junto con un segundo sustituyente R1 forma un grupo -O-CH2-O-, OCH2CH2O-, -CH2CH2CH2- o -CH2CH2CH2CH2-, n es 0, 1, 2, 3, 4,5 o 6;R2 es hidrogen o, alquilo C1-6, aril-alquilo C1-6 o junto con el grupo P forma un anillo de 5 a 8 miembros opcionalmente sustituido con uno o másgrupos alquilo C1-6; R3 es hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, alcanoilo C1-6,alcoxi C1-6 opc ionalmente sustituido con uno o más átomosde fluor, hidroxi, hidroxialquilo C1-6, hidroxialcoxi C1-6, alcoxi C1-6-alcoxi C1-6, nitro, trifluormetilo, ciano o arilo o junto con el grupo R5 forma ungrupo (CH2)2O o (CH2)3O opcionamentesustituido con 1 o más grupos alquilo C1-6; R4 es -X(CH2)p-R6, en que X es un enlace sencillo, CH2, O, NH, o N-
