Abstract

Se revelan nucleos absorbentes para incluir en artículos absorbentes tales como panales, calzoncillos de incontinencia, calzoncillos deentrenamiento, soportes y forros de panales, prendas de higiene femenina, y similares, disenados para proveer ajuste y comodidad mejorados para elusuario mientras que contienen adecuadamente los exudados corporales. Los nucleos absorbentes están disenados para ser relativamente estrechos en laregion de entrepierna del artículo, aun cuando el nucleo absorbe cantidades significativas de fluido durante el uso. Para lograr ésto, el nucleoabsorbente está disenado de modo que el fluido se desplaza substancialmente desde la region de entrepierna a las regiones anterior y posterior delartículo. La invencion se refiere particularmente a un artículo absorbente que comprende un nucleo absorbente en donde el nucleo absorbente tiene una anchurade entrepierna cuando está en estado seco y cuando está en estado humedo no superior a 7 cm. aproximadamente, y en donde la region de entrepiernadel nucleo absorbente tiene una capacidad no superior a 40% aproximadamente de la capacidad absorbente total del nucleo absorbente.
