Abstract
Un proceso destinado a controlar las velocidades de calentamiento de las microondas que comprende los siguientes pasos: (a) se provee un sustrato quepuede ser sometido a la accion de las microondas; (b) se combina dicho sustrato para microondas con un aditivo que esencialmente está constituído por un poliolalifático a los efectos de conformar un sustrato para microondas modificado; y (c) se somete el sustrato modificado a la accion de las microondas. Dichosustrato es un alimento, un envase yuna compresa.
