Abstract

Subjecting an inorganic glass to a surface treatment with a medium comprising P2O5 or a phosphate, to form a phosphor diffusion layer in the glass surface, causes an excellent dew-preventive effect on the glass surface to be achieved in combination with the various properties inherent to the glass material.
