Abstract
Procedimiento de preparacion de cuerpos huecos de material plástico espumado, en particular de polietileno o polipropileno en un procedimiento de extrusiony soplado con una extrusadora de tornillo y una herramienta de soplado, siendo espumado elmate rial plástico mediante un espumante químico y siendo soplado unapreforma de manga constituida por dicho material plástico espumado en una herramienta de soplado, presentando la herramienta de soplado una temperatura desuperficie de trabajo deal meno s 35*C, siendo empleado un espumante que se disocia en forma endotérmica con efecto de nucleacion en forma de una mezcla madrea base de polietileno de alta densidad, presentando la mezcla madre una granulometría media aproximadamente 1 mm,siendo la preforma de manga soplada en un asíllamado procedimiento de soplado por intervalos, siendo aplicada en un primer intervalo una presion de soplado de 3 a 10 bar, preferentemente 8 a 10 bar, y ensegundo intervalo una presion de soplado de0,5 a 1,0 bar
