Abstract
Se proponen un dispositivo y un procedimiento para recoger y preparar inicialmente muestras de tejido/sangre o de otras células o componentes celulares quecontienen ADN, para la investigacion genética molecular. El dispositivo tiene por objetivofaci litar y hacer más economica la extraccion de las muestras, enparticular cuando se toman en gran cantidad. El dispositivo consiste en un recipiente receptor de la muestra y una herramienta para recoger la muestra que,una vez que se ha tomado lamuest ra, se introduce en dicho recipiente y lo cierra herméticamente. El recipiente tiene una base y paredes laterales; estácerrado mediante una tapa fácilmente perforable, y tiene en una zona de las paredes, alejada de su base, medios para afirmarla her ramienta para recoger lamuestra, introducida. El recipiente contiene medios protectores contra la degradacion del ADN. La herramienta para recoger la muestra tiene una forma tal que,introducida en dicho recipiente, queda afirmada en su lugar,y divid e al recipiente en por lo menos un espacio para muestra, limitado por la base y las paredeslaterales del recipiente y por el extremo anterior de dicha herramienta.
