Abstract

Una combinacion de bolsa-refuerzo termocontraíble adecuada para su uso en el envasado de cortes de carne primarios y subprimarios con hueso que comprende:(a) una bolsa formada por una película multicapa orientada termocontraíble de 2,25 mils a 3,5mi ls (de 0,057 mm a 0,089 mm) de grosor que presenta una capatermosellable interna que define una superficie interior de dicha bolsa y una capa de proteccion externa que define una superficie exterior de dicha bolsa; (b)un refuerzo formado por unapelí cula monocapa orientada termocontraíble de 2,5 mils a 3,5 mils (de 0,064 mm a 0,089 mm) de grosor que presenta una superficieexterna adherida a dicha superficie externa de la bolsa; (c) dicha capa termosellable de película para bolsa y dichapelícula de refuerzo formadas ambas poruna mezcla de polímero que comprende: (i) un primer polímero que es un copolímero de etileno y al menos una alfaolefina C3-10, primer polímero que presenta unadensidad de 0,900 g/cc o menos, un punto de fusionde aproxi madamente 55*C a 90*C, un índice de fusion no mayor que 1,5 dg/min, y un Mw/Mn menor que 3; (ii) unsegundo polímero que es un copolímero de etileno y al menos una alfaolefina C3-10, segundo polímero que presenta una densidad deaproximadamente 0,900 g/cc aaproximadamente 0,915 g/cc, un punto de fusion de 90*C a 110*C, un índice de fusion de 2 dg/min o menos, y un Mw/Mn inferior a 3,5; y (iii) un tercer polímeroque es un copolímero de etileno y al menos una olefina C3-10,tercer polímero que pres enta una densidad de aproximadamente 0,900 g/cc a aproximadamente 0,915g/cc, un punto de fusion de 115*C a 130*C, un índice de fusion de 2 dg/min o menos, y un Mw/Mnde 2 a 12; (d) dicha película para bolsa orientadamulticapa ydicha película de refue rzo orientada monocapa que presentan, ambas, una contraccion de al menos el 20% en al menos una direccion a 90*C; y (e) dicha superficieexterna de bolsa y dicha superficie exterior del refuerzo que presentan,ambas, una alta energía de superficie de al menos una tension en humedo de 38 dynas/cmcomo unico medio de adherencia de dicho refuerzo a dicha bolsa.
