Abstract

Se proveen compuestos de 3-(1,2-benzisotiazol-e isoxazol-5-il)-2,4-(3H,1H)-pirimidindiona o tiona de la formula (I) y compuestos de 3-(1,2-benzisotiazol-eisoxazol-5-il)-4(3H)-pirimidinona o tiona de la formula (II), dondeR es alquilo C1-6,haloalquil o C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-7, alquenilo C3-6, alquinilo C3-6,bencilo, OR4 o NR5R6; R1 y R2 son independientemente hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-7, haloalquilo C1-6, alquenilo C3-6, haloalqueniloC3-6, alquinilo C3-6, OR7,S(O)nR8 o N R9R10, y cuando R1 y R2 tomados junto con el átomo al que están unidos, representan un anillo de 4-7 miembros saturados ono saturados opcionalmente interrumpido por oxígeno azufre o nitrogeno y opcionalmente sustituido con entre uno ytres grupo meti lo o uno o más átomos dehalogeno; R3 es halogeno o A2R11; X es hidrogeno, halogeno o alquilo C1-4; X1 es hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 o haloalcoxiC1-4; Z es O o S(O)m<; Y es halogeno, ciano, R12,X2R12, X3R12, X2X3 R12 o X3X2R12; X2 es O, S(O)p o NR13; X3 es -C(=A3)-, -C(=NOR14)- o -C(=N-NR13R50)-; R4,R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11 y R14 son cada uno independientemente hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-7, alcoxialquilo C2-8, alqueniloC2-6, alquinilo obenc ilo C2-6; R12 es hidrogeno, un grupo alquilo C1-8, cicloalquilo C3-7, alquenilo C2-8, cicloalquenilo C5-6 o alquinilo C2-8, donde cada grupo estáopcionalmente sustituido con cualquier combinacion de uno a seis átomos dehalogeno, uno o tres grupos al coxi C1-20 opcionalmente sustituidos con un grupoalcoxi C1-6, benciloxi o alquitio C1-6, uno o dos grupos de NR15R16, entre uno o tres S(O)qR17, uno o dos grupos de ciano, un grupo tiociano, un grupoO(SO2)R17, un grupoO(NO2), uno o dos grupos C(O)R1 8, uno o dos grupos CO2R19, uno o dos grupos C(O)SR19, uno o dos grupos C(O)NR20R21, de uno a tres gruposX4R22, uno o dos grupos P(O)(OR23)2, uno o dos grupos Si(R24)3, un anillo de 4- a 10- miembros monocíclico obicíclicos fusionado heterocíclico o pcionalmentesustituido con cualquier combinacion de uno o dos grupos oxo, uno o dos grupos tioxo, uno a tres átomos de halogeno, uno a tres grupos de alquilo C1-4, uno a
