Abstract
Una formulacion seca para un material de senalizacion retroreflectante integrado o un material de senalizacion cementoso compatibilizado para aceptaragentes retroreflectantes, para concreto o asfalto que comprende una mezcla cementosa que incluye unaglutinante hidráulico o cementoso, un modificadorpolimérico redispersable para el cemento, una carga de agente retroreflectante y opcionalmente, una carga de agente reflectante, y/o un modificador poliméricoredispersable. Los agentes retroreflectivos se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en: perlas de vidrio, burbujas de vidrio, esferas de vidrio, esferasceramicas, perlas de plástico y mezclas de los anteriores, y sus partículas tienen un tamano superior medio de por lo menos 600 mM. Los agentes reflectantes seseleccionan del grupo consistente en perlas de vidrio, burbujas de vidrio, escamas de vidrio, esferas de vidrio, esferas cerámicas, perlas de plástico y mezclade los anteriores, y partículas del agente reflectante tienen un tamano superior medio inferior a 600 mM. El modificador polimérico redispersable del cementoes una resina seca elegida del grupo consistente en resinas acrílicas, etileno-acetato de vinilo, estireno-acrílica, estireno-butadieno, acetato de polivinilo,versatato de polivinilo, acetato de vinilo y mezclas, copolímeros o terpolímeros de las anteriores. La formulacion incluye preferentemente un pigmento, áridos,un dispersante, un plastificante y/o reductor de agua. La formulacion incluye opcionalmente al menos un aditivo elegido del grupo consistente en un acelerador,un arrastrador de aire, un desespumante, fibras, una carga inerte, una arcilla natural, una carga puzolánica, un retardador, un modificador de reología, unagente compensador de la contraccion, una arcilla sintética, un agente de suspension y un agente espesante. Sobre la superficie del material de senalizacion,en el momento de aplicarse este ultimo, se esparcen y empotran agentes retrorreflectantes adicionales.
