Abstract
Nuevos azepanos y homólogos de su anillo, según fórmula (I), en donde: R1 es fenilo o alfa o beta-naftilo, los cuales pueden estar substituidos conhidroxilo, alquilo inferior, alcoxilo inferior, alcoxi-carbonilo inferior, fenoxilo, aciloxilo,hidroxifenoxi-sulfonilo, halógeno, nitro, amino, acilamino o n-alquilacilamino inferior; R2 es fenilo o fenilo substituido con hidroxilo o aciloxilo; Y es un enlace carbono-carbono o es vinileno; y n es1,2 ó 3; y las sales de adición de ácidof armacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos. Dichos compuestos son útiles para la terapia profilaxis de condicionesque están inducidas por proteína quinasas. Asimismo, la invención también se refiere a compuestos de partida para la preparaciónde dichos azepanos y sushomólogos de anillo, a composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen y a un procedimiento para la elaboración de tales azepanos y sus homólogos de anillo.
