Abstract
Una cubierta de un recipiente de aerosol que posee una abertura central para una boquilla y un borde externo adaptado para una unión sellada con elextremo abierto del cuerpo de un recipiente de aerosol. La cubierta de recipiente deaeros oles de un metal de paredes relativamente delgadas y poseeun grosor de pared en el margen de 0.005 a 0.013 pulgadas (0,127 a 0,330 mm) si el metal es acero, y un grosor de 0,005 a 0,018 pulgadas (0,127 a 01,457 mm) siel metal es aluminio, Lacubierta es de paredes más delgadas que las que prevendrían la distorsión o eversión de la cubierta a los niveles de presiónmínimos impuestos por el gobierno en el recipiente de aerosol. La cubierta es de forma de bóveda generalmenteconvexa al exte nderse desde su borde externo ala abertura central, y se encuentra libre de cualquier receso embutido cerca de su borde externo. En un método para realizar la cubierta de recipiente enaerosol, la cubierta es unida al cuerpo de unrecipiente mediante e un proceso convencional de soldadura con costura. La cubierta, en su etapa inicial, poseeun receso embutido cerca de su borde externo el cual es utilizado en el proceso de soldadura con costura para acomodar una curia desoldadura con costura.De spués de ello, el receso embutido es evertido mediante una presurización. En un método para soldar con costura la cubierta de paredes delgadas del presenteinvento al cuerpo de un recipiente de aerosol, la cubierta, la cualno posee un receso embutid o,es colocada sobre el borde abierto del cuerpo de unrecipiente. Uno o más brazos distendibles se colocan en el cuerpo del recipiente para oponerse a los rodillos de soldadura con costura y unir porello lacubierta al cuerpo de un recipient
